Refund policy
Change of Mind :
As we are a small business, we do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please carefully select your items and be sure to pick the correct sizing prior to checking out your items. We can offer you a store credit only.
Exchanges:
If your collar or harness does not fit we can exchange the item for you for the correct size, providing the following:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s via email trufandco@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. For approved exchange request. We’ll send you a new item for replacement using the same shipping details when you made your purchase.
- The product/s must be in original condition (including all the tags attached) and packaging and must be unmarked/unworn
- For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that have been worn
- The original shipping fee is non refundable. The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Refund (if applicable)
For genuine manufacturing faulty item ONLY. We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund for faulty item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, please contact us at trufandco@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting refund will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the request was approved or not.
For approved refund request. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or refund on sale items or gift cards.
